OMG! The things you have to learn today, whatever happened to - computers are supposed to make life easier. Everyday there is something new to learn and its not alway easy for the more mature generation, its not like I'm NOT willing to learn but boy do I really need to know all this stuff? Is it really going to make a difference to my life? I don't think so.
It may only make me a bit more savvy on what is going on in 'computer land" and understand what my grandkids go on about but I really don't think its going to be life changing.
How did I cope with "extend your browser" task. I did it, but still not sure if I understand the point of it all.

I can assure you it really is worth learning and exploring. An open mind on technology can lead to wonderful innovations and possiblities. One of the many benefits of being involved in a learning institution is the reminder to us all to keep challenging ourselves.
I hope your journey improves and that you find an aspect that excites you.
I do have an open mind and have learnt heaps of stuff (technology based and other) but just don't get these bits and how it will change the way I use the computer.
I guesss its all about what is important and relevant to each person. Maybe some of the next bits will appeal to me.
